Refund and Exchange Policy
All makeup products are a final sale. We are able to accept returns or exchanges on some accessories, brushes, and makeup cases within one week of the purchase date as long as they are unopened and unused. A 10% restocking fee is required for returns or exchanges over $50.00. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any sale, discontinued, and promotion items are a FINAL SALE (no exchanges or returns accepted).
Missing or Damaged Products
If you receive products that are damaged in shipment or missing items from your order, please contact us right away. Do not throw away any broken product and the box we have packaged the products in. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and the box (in case it has been tampered with). We will be able to offer you a credit memo or send a replacement for the products. Claims for damaged or missing product must be submitted within one week of receiving the product. We will not offer credits or replacements past this time frame.
